The Childcare & Early Years programme is a small group introductory course led by experienced school practitioners providing personalised guidance, hands-on support and a nurturing learning environment. The course combines child development theory, practical outdoor learning, activity planning and real work experience to help student develop key childcare skills for 0-5 years.
The course is designed for young people interested in working with children particularly within the nursery and early years setting (0-5 years) The course will provide skills and experience in preparation for further education or employment within the childcare sector.
