Key Stage 4 | 37 weeks, 1 day per week (monday's)

Course Summary

Brew & Bakes is a small group vocational course designed for young people who want to develop practical skills that support employment in the hospitality, catering and cafe industry.

Who Is It For?

The course is aimed Key Stage 4 (Year 10 & 11) students. The course supports 4-6 students allowing for personalised support, confidence building and hands-on learning in a real working cafe environment.

  • Barista Training
  • Industry visits
  • Vocational experience in a real cafe environment
  • Work experience in Community Cafe days.
  • Catering & Baking skills
  • Employability skills and personal development
  • Accreditations include: Level 1 Diploma, ASDAN short courses, Workplace certification
